রাজ্যের সব ধর্মস্থানে অনুমোদনহীন লাউড স্পিকারের ব্যবহার নিষিদ্ধ করল উত্তরপ্রদেশের যোগী আদিত্যনাথ সরকার।রাজ্যে শব্দদূষণ রোধ করতে ধর্মস্থানগুলি থেকে লাউড স্পিকার খুলে নেওয়ার নির্দেশ দিয়েছে এলাহাবাদ হাইকোর্ট। তার পরেই যোগী সরকার ওই নির্দেশিকা জারি করল। ধর্মস্থানে লাউড স্পিকার ব্যবহারের ফলে শব্দদূষণ হচ্ছে, এই অভিযোগে এলাহাবাদ হাইকোর্টের লখনউ বেঞ্চে একটি জনস্বার্থ মামলা করেন এম এল যাদব নামে এক আইনজীবী। সেই মামলার পরিপ্রেক্ষিতে ২০১৭ সালের ডিসেম্বরে লখনউ বেঞ্চ রাজ্য সরকারের কাছে এনিয়ে কৈফিয়ত তলব করে। তার পরই কড়া পদক্ষেপ করল যোগী সরকার।রবিবার এক নির্দেশিকা জারি করে জানিয়ে দেওয়া হয়েছে, রাজ্যের যে সব ধর্মস্থানে অবৈধভাবে লাউড স্পিকার ব্যবহার করা হয়, তা আগামী ২০ জানুয়ারির মধ্যে খুলে ফেলতে হবে। এ নিয়ে পুলিসকেও নির্দেশ পাঠিয়ে দেওয়া হয়েছে। source
